Community
We exist to bring together and celebrate the diverse community of Northampton through practical action and inspiring activities.
We aim to provide a place where everyone belongs and where everyone can help to build community cohesion and transform our town.
Environment
We believe that our environment is both the natural world we live in and the minds and consciousness of those that live in it, both human animal and non-human animal.
We promote a sustainable and responsible way of living in balance with the environment. We believe in the rights of the natural world alongside human rights.
Equity
In promoting equity, we respect the rights of all beings and the natural world.
Every contribution whether paid or voluntary is equally valued.
We will recognise disadvantage and ensure equity of opportunity and where employed equality of pay, enabling each individual to freely contribute to our shared vision.
Co-operative
We are a co-operative of like-minded people who work together to strengthen our community and the bonds between individuals in our community.
We strive to reach decisions by consensus wherever possible and be co-operative.
Campaigning
We are committed to improve social and environmental conditions through practical action and leading by example.
We believe that we need to be the change.
We are a peaceful organisation that is non-party political and religiously neutral.
We ask all those who occupy this space to not only respect these values but to uphold them in this space and in the community.

Daniel started volunteering with us in 2023 after we took on some raised beds on the Racecourse Community Garden plot in the centre of the park.
