Ecstatic Dance Sunday
Ecstatic Dance Sundays in Northampton.
These gatherings are a chance to step out of the head and back into the body.
A simple but powerful movement practice where music, rhythm and presence guide the experience.
No steps to learn, just space to move, breathe, release and reconnect.

Exhibition: A different kind of love showcasing content from our Anti-racism weekend
Over 3 days in November 2025 we explored how racism influences or is influenced in the areas of the arts, climate, media and social media.
The exhibits include stories of movement, migration and making home. Experiences of racism past and present. We highlight personal local stories that help us all to deepen our understanding of the true impact of racism.
This exhibition has now been extended and will be available to view at specific times over between the 21st February to the 5th April.

Knit & Natter
Join us for a Knit and Natter (crochet too) with the incredibly crafty Catherine from It’s All A Bit Wooly. Our regular friendly Friday group is open to anyone to attend whether you’re just starting out or expert, you’ll get some advice and a helping hand. Everyone is welcome for a knit a natter or both!

Northants Parkinsons People
Join the Northants Parkinsons People at their regular community walk on the Racecourse, start outside in the Car Park and finish off with a cuppa and chat in the Umbrella Pavilion. Laughs, exercise, fresh air, out in nature, time to breathe, helping each other by friendship and encouragement.
Every Monday, 10.30am – meet in the Umbrella Pavilion Car Park - Free of charge.
